Who It's For
Kids ages 4-14 train together, grouped and coached appropriately by age and experience.
What They Wear
Regular athletic shorts and a t-shirt — no special gear required. Wrestling shoes are optional.
Getting Started
No prior wrestling background needed. Every class welcomes complete beginners.
